Note: You need the encryption password to decrypt a file; you cannot decrypt a file without the required password.

Decryption is the only way to make encrypted data usable again. The file you want to decrypt has to be in the Universal Shield window; you can drag-and-drop the file there from Windows Explorer. Select Encryption > Decrypt... to remove encryption from a file, and enter the password when prompted. For more information, see "How to Decrypt a File".
