USBSpy version 2.0 release. This updated version can automatically capture hot-plugged devices and also has some features of searching and filtering added to it. The way the program runs has been improved and thus higher performance rate and stability have been achieved. The interface of the program has been enhanced. Now it is possible to create xml reports.

Universal Shield 4.0 has been released and we have added loads of new features. Now it is possible to encrypt folders, protect files and folders in Windows Safe Mode and automatically enable protection if the computer has been idle for a while. We have also improved the look and feel of the program with an improved interface.
New features:

- Protects files and folders even in Windows Safe Mode.
- Enables protection automatically if the computer has been idle.

- Adds files and folders via an Explorer menu command.

The new Universal Shield 3.2 version has been released. This new version supports Japanese and Portuguese. This version of Universal Shield is exceptionally stable when used with Windows 2003 Server. A few minor bugs were fixed and several new features have been added based upon user request.

A new version of Lock Folder XP 3.4 is available. It features:
- Automatic protection activation after a set idle time.
- New commands in Windows Explorer for instant folder hiding.
- Expanded tray icon functions. Tray icon visibility can now be managed with hotkeys.

The new Universal Shield 3.1 version has been released. In this version of the program, the ZoneAlarm non-compatibility issue has been resolved.

The new Universal Shield 3.0 version has been released. This new version has fixes for several bugs and many new essential features. The program uses the most secure protection method — hiding and encrypting the data.
The following features have been added:
- File encryption.
- A protection wizard — an access block to private folders and settings (My Documents, Favorites, Control Panel, Internet History, and so forth), a folders, files, and drives protection expert, and a file encryption master.
- Trusted processes are saved upon rebooting.
- Several modifications in the program interface have been made.
